Payroll
Payroll that
shows its work.
Eight groups in one module: configuration, operations, employee compensation, finance, compliance, governance and automation. Indian statutory computation is part of it, not a separate product you buy later.
Configure
Structures, not spreadsheets.
Pay components, grades, bands, salary templates and compensation policies are defined once and applied to contracts. A revision is a change to the structure rather than to two hundred rows.

Run and approve
A run is one reviewable object.
Not a folder of payslips. One register per period, with the arithmetic visible before anything is paid, and an approval state on the run itself.
01 · DRAFT
Computed, and not yet anybody's problem
Gross, deductions and net per employee, plus a blocked count for anyone whose bank details are missing, before the money moves rather than after.
02 · PENDING APPROVAL
Routed to a person
The approval engine that handles salary revisions and full and final settlements handles the register too, so it lands in the same queue as everything else waiting on that person.
03 · APPROVED
Signed off, on the record
The run records who ran it and when. It reaches approved by passing through pending approval, and it cannot skip.
Statutory
Professional Tax, TDS, PF, ESI,
Labour Welfare Fund.
Computed per entity, per period, with applicability decided rather than assumed. Filing tasks carry their due dates, their submission state and the payment recorded against them.
Governance
Every figure agrees,
before you approve it.
“Cross-checks payroll, compliance, the ledger and government filing against each other, and never recalculates any of them.”
Source A, source B, and the difference in its own column. Alongside it, an evidence vault that bundles the documents for a period by checksum, and a notice tracker for what comes back from the department.
And on the other side
Your team reads their own pay.
Payslips per period, itemised and downloadable, plus compensation structure and an India tax view, without anybody asking HR for a copy.
