₹75 per employee,
per month
One subscription for the whole platform, billed monthly in rupees. The plan you trial is the plan you keep, so nothing gets smaller when the invoice starts.
- Every module included, with nothing kept back for a higher tier
- Minimum of 20 employees
- Above 20, each further 20 employees cost 2% less, down to ₹60 per employee from the 201st
- Applicable taxes, if any, are shown separately before payment.

Billing
How billing works
Who is counted
Your active employees in BlueOneHR. An employee counts as active until their record is archived.
The minimum
At least 20 employees are billed, even if you have fewer.
When the count is taken
At the start of each billing period, and that count prices the whole period. Hires and leavers during a period change the next period. Nothing is prorated mid-period.
When you are invoiced
Your first paid month is invoiced in advance: one full month starting when that invoice is issued, or when your trial ends if you pay before it does. Nothing is charged for the days between your trial ending and that invoice. Every later month is invoiced after it ends.
How you pay
Invoices are payable through the billing portal or by the method agreed with you in writing. Online payment through the billing portal is being enabled and is not yet available to everyone.
When the trial ends
After 30 days the workspace becomes read-only: you can still see your data, changes are switched off and nothing is deleted. There is no grace period. Convert to a paid subscription and pay to reactivate the same workspace. Read-only access applies to workspaces created from now on.

Every module below runs on the same employee record, the same permissions and the same audit trail, and every one of them is in the trial and in the subscription.

That is a different door. Joining a workspace somebody else set up is not the same as starting a new trial, so it has its own link.
